Supports transportation operations by tracking shipments, maintaining reports and agent databases, resolving service issues, validating receiving and billing, handling claims, troubleshooting scanning platforms, and assisting with freight-related projects. Provides customer, vendor, and service-center communication while supporting TSA air carrier security programs, audits, records, and access management.

Manage end-to-end international air and ocean import/export shipments, including quoting, routing, documentation, tracking, regulatory compliance, customer updates, profitability review, and invoicing. Build relationships with customers, carriers, vendors, and overseas agents while resolving shipment delays and coordinating with customs and government agencies. The role requires international freight-forwarding experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, shipment-cost calculations, and the ability to obtain a TSA Security Threat Assessment credential.

Manage contract lifecycle processes, prepare and route agreements, track obligations and legal matters, maintain legal files and calendars, support litigation and discovery, administer records retention, and create legal workflows, templates, SOPs, dashboards, and SharePoint sites. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and business partners across the organization.
