Supports debt and equity financing, refinancing, capital structure analysis, financial modeling, acquisitions, valuation, liquidity management, treasury initiatives, and executive decision-making. Develops forecasts, analyzes investment opportunities and market conditions, prepares lender and investor materials, monitors debt covenants, and maintains banking relationships. Collaborates with finance, accounting, operations, legal, real estate, executives, lenders, and investors to support growth, capital allocation, and strategic planning.

The Accounts Payable Specialist manages full-cycle accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and payment runs using NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Leads comprehensive due diligence for commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, developments, financings, and leases. Coordinates title, survey, zoning, environmental, property condition, regulatory, and closing reviews; prepares risk assessments and transaction reports; manages internal teams and external vendors; supports legal negotiations and closing activities; improves due diligence processes and ensures compliance for petroleum retail properties. Travel is required for site visits and transaction meetings.

Record daily transactions for AP/AR and general ledger, perform invoice matching and reconciliations, assist month-end close and journal entries, support audits, prepare financial statements/reports, and collaborate to improve accounting processes.
