Supports budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, variance analysis, financial modeling, ROI analysis, and performance reporting. The role prepares dashboards and presentations, evaluates capital projects, tracks project costs, conducts ad-hoc financial analysis, and collaborates with Accounting, Operations, and Supply Chain. It also helps improve FP&A tools and supports strategic finance initiatives within the petroleum industry.

Manage federal, state, and local payroll tax compliance including filings, reconciliations, account registrations, agency correspondence, audits, and year-end W-2 processing. Partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, and Paychex to resolve notices, implement regulatory updates, maintain records, and improve payroll tax processes and internal controls.

Supports the QSR development team by coordinating 85+ active development and construction projects. Responsibilities include tracking timelines, milestones, approvals, deadlines, documentation, and action items; communicating with brand partners, landlords, developers, contractors, and internal stakeholders; preparing status reports; scheduling meetings and site visits; maintaining project records; and proactively following up to keep projects moving.
