Hiring bartenders, barbacks, cocktail servers, servers, bar porters, hosts, supervisors, cooks, and food-service team members for a new Las Vegas bar operation. Responsibilities include delivering excellent guest service, working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and maintaining a professional, dependable presence. Candidates should be available for nights, weekends, and holidays. Supports the SVP of Capital Markets in developing and executing debt, equity, refinancing, acquisition financing, and liquidity strategies. Builds complex financial models, conducts valuation and credit analysis, prepares executive and investor materials, coordinates transaction processes, monitors debt facilities and covenants, and manages lender and investor reporting. Partners with finance, legal, treasury, tax, real estate, and operations teams while improving capital-markets processes and maintaining confidential transaction records.

Lead daily operations at a Caribou Coffee location within a travel center, prepare for and support excellent guest experiences, maintain smooth opening-to-closing operations, and provide strong customer service. The role requires multitasking, organization, decision-making under pressure, flexible scheduling, extended standing and walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
