Support PR, content, and social media efforts for a consumer home-decor app. Develop and execute PR/brand strategies, pitch media, create and evaluate content, manage and monitor social channels, and build relationships with consumers and partners.

Lead marketing strategy and calendar, translate priorities into campaigns, collaborate with merchandising, buying, social and PR, oversee email and social execution, ensure brand consistency across channels, and recruit and develop the marketing team while remaining a hands-on contributor.

Support the CEO on special projects; pursue domestic and international partnerships to drive user acquisition; analyze performance data; create reports and briefings for investors and partners; contribute to expansion initiatives for the Lux app.

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across email, PPC, SEO/SEM, and social media. Build tracking systems, analyze campaign and customer data with statistical models, maintain landing pages and email templates (HTML/CSS), and coordinate with developers, designers, and partners to drive targeted traffic and improve conversion.

Support Lux's digital marketing team: manage social media, affiliate programs, and media buying; research customer insights and competitors; report ad performance and execute optimizations; own subset of campaigns and refine campaign structures using inventory and merchandising data.

Design graphic content and templates for the app and marketing, conduct market research, create and enhance UI/UX, collaborate with marketing and engineers, implement front-end interfaces using HTML/CSS/JavaScript/jQuery, manage and archive creative assets, and apply user-centered design to solve design problems.

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping (AP/AR, invoicing, expense reports), month-end journal entries and financial statements; oversee office operations, vendor contracts, recruiting support, travel logistics, and general administrative tasks.

Create and curate engaging home decor content for the Lux app: write headlines, teasers, and articles; fact-check; craft push notifications; build contributor relationships; drive community sharing and brand-aligned messaging; produce shareable original content and apply interior styling expertise.

Create, edit, and publish high-quality home decor content that attracts and engages readers; write headlines and teasers; fact-check articles; build and energize an online community; embody brand voice; produce shareable social content and help readers solve home-related problems.
