Serves as legally appointed guardian for incompetent adults, managing personal and financial affairs in their best interests. Recruit, train, and supervise staff; monitor outcomes and attendance; implement interventions for at-risk participants; and provide instructional coaching using trauma-informed and inclusive approaches.

Leads the organization’s integrated communications, marketing, and public relations strategy. Advises executive and board leadership, manages media and crisis communications, oversees brand and digital channels, develops storytelling and campaigns, supports fundraising and high-visibility events, and supervises the Communications Manager.

The Independent Living Transition Specialist supports youth in foster care with independent living skills, assesses needs, and facilitates goal achievement through a trauma-informed approach.
