Manage the financial viability and daily operations of social enterprises, including budgeting, billing, staffing, scheduling, logistics, inventory, compliance, and quality control. Develop customer relationships, contracts, marketing plans, and new business opportunities while tracking operational and participant outcomes. Coordinate with finance, communications, and workforce development teams to align business performance with job training and employment goals.

Serves as legally appointed guardian for incompetent adults, managing personal and financial affairs in their best interests. Maintains a caseload, visits wards across community locations, coordinates benefits and services, makes decisions about housing and medical care, attends probate hearings, prepares court documentation, maintains records, and advocates for vulnerable individuals. Requires 24/7 availability and collaboration with families, providers, supervisors, and court personnel.

Provides case management and housing-resource coordination for shelter residents transitioning out of homelessness. Develops exit plans, connects clients with community services, employment and benefits resources, coordinates transportation and shelter activities, maintains client data, reviews caseloads, and responds to emergencies. Collaborates with clinical staff during mental health and substance-use crises while applying Motivational Interviewing, Critical Time Intervention, Housing First, Low Demand, and Harm Reduction practices.
