Oversee daily operations of vocational training and career services programs, including curriculum delivery, referrals, participant progress, job placement, certifications, records, grant reporting, and emergency assistance funds. Recruit, train, and supervise staff; monitor outcomes and attendance; implement interventions for at-risk participants; and provide instructional coaching using trauma-informed and inclusive approaches.

Leads the organization’s integrated communications, marketing, and public relations strategy. Advises executive and board leadership, manages media and crisis communications, oversees brand and digital channels, develops storytelling and campaigns, supports fundraising and high-visibility events, and supervises the Communications Manager.

Lead IT strategy and daily operations including network, servers, cybersecurity, cloud services, systems integration, user training, vendor/contracts, disaster recovery, and IT policy. Manage IT budget, procurement, documentation, and staff to ensure secure, mission-aligned technology supporting organizational programs.
