Processes accounts payable and payroll transactions, including invoices, payment runs, payroll submissions, reconciliations, vendor records, garnishments, and compliance documentation. Supports audits, month-end and year-end close, payroll reporting, and resolving financial discrepancies and employee payroll inquiries. Requires strong GAAP knowledge, accounting software proficiency, and experience with payroll processing.

Manage the financial viability and daily operations of social enterprises, including budgeting, billing, staffing, scheduling, logistics, inventory, compliance, and quality control. Develop customer relationships, contracts, marketing plans, and new business opportunities while tracking operational and participant outcomes. Coordinate with finance, communications, and workforce development teams to align business performance with job training and employment goals.

Leads the organization’s integrated communications, marketing, and public relations strategy. Advises executive and board leadership, manages media and crisis communications, oversees brand and digital channels, develops storytelling and campaigns, supports fundraising and high-visibility events, and supervises the Communications Manager.
