Owns end-to-end reliability engineering for Lumotive’s programmable optical semiconductor devices, from failure-mechanism studies and customer mission profiles through component, module, and system qualification. The role develops lifetime models, qualification and screening strategies, experimental designs, and customer data packages; drives reliability improvements across process, materials, design, and manufacturing; presents results to customers; and builds the reliability team.

Develop and test next-generation LCM-based LiDAR systems and transmitters. Build test stations, fixtures, calibration systems, and Python automation tools; execute system-level characterization campaigns; debug electronics, optics, embedded processing, and control algorithms; contribute to design reviews and system optimization; and clearly communicate performance results across hardware, optics, firmware, and software teams.

The VP of Operations will lead and optimize semiconductor manufacturing and supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategy. Responsibilities include overseeing operations, managing supply chain, driving improvements, ensuring compliance, and developing strategic direction.

Manage end-to-end talent acquisition and HR operations for the US team: source, interview, onboard, administer HR policies, handle I-9/E-Verify, coordinate payroll and immigration, and ensure labor law compliance while delivering excellent candidate and employee experiences.

Develop and support embedded firmware for mixed signal ASIC/SoC in an optical circuit switching platform, collaborating with teams for integration and testing.
