The VP of Operations will lead and optimize semiconductor manufacturing and supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategy. Responsibilities include overseeing operations, managing supply chain, driving improvements, ensuring compliance, and developing strategic direction.

Manage end-to-end talent acquisition and HR operations for the US team: source, interview, onboard, administer HR policies, handle I-9/E-Verify, coordinate payroll and immigration, and ensure labor law compliance while delivering excellent candidate and employee experiences.

Support development and testing of Lumotive LiDAR systems through Python scripting, API integration, and data analysis. Responsibilities include configuring sensors, analyzing data, troubleshooting, and collaborating with engineers.
