Own the full sales cycle for multifamily and HOA communities, from lead generation and discovery through proposal development, negotiation, contract execution, and handoff. Build relationships with property stakeholders, negotiate access and bulk service agreements, forecast pipeline activity, collaborate on implementation, and provide market insights. Reviews CAD, GIS, and construction data; validates information using Excel, Snowflake, and SQL; supports reporting and engineering decisions. The role also ensures regulatory and safety compliance, resolves project issues, guides colleagues and vendors, and collaborates with sales and cross-functional teams on network expansion.

Leads Business, Enterprise, and MDU Sales Support teams and Service Delivery Call Center operations. Responsibilities include coaching employees, managing staffing and schedules, monitoring KPIs and service levels, improving sales order workflows, coordinating cross-functional issue resolution, and implementing scalable process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Leads the Outside Plant Engineering program for fiber optic networks across North Carolina. Oversees OSP planning, design, construction, budgets, schedules, contractors, utilities, permitting, and regulatory compliance. Manages engineering teams and contracted resources while coordinating aerial, buried, and underground infrastructure projects. Builds relationships with government agencies, utilities, telecommunications firms, and communities, resolves project roadblocks, improves capital efficiency, and drives projects from concept through completion.

Designs, implements, and supports enterprise network and infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, virtual networking). Manages DNS/DHCP/IPAM, secure VPNs and cloud connectivity (Salesforce, AWS), monitoring with Splunk, incident response, vulnerability remediation, and network/security design. Works with Cisco ACI, Palo Alto/ Panorama, BGP/OSPF/EIGRP, VxLAN, VMware, cloud platforms, and enterprise wireless. Provides technical leadership and escalated support.
