Designs, implements, and supports enterprise network and infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, virtual networking). Manages DNS/DHCP/IPAM, secure VPNs and cloud connectivity (Salesforce, AWS), monitoring with Splunk, incident response, vulnerability remediation, and network/security design. Works with Cisco ACI, Palo Alto/ Panorama, BGP/OSPF/EIGRP, VxLAN, VMware, cloud platforms, and enterprise wireless. Provides technical leadership and escalated support.

Monitor and coordinate outage resolution across access and core broadband networks. Troubleshoot IP, transport, voice, and optical systems; create/escalate third-party tickets; perform root cause analysis; support change management and outage communications; collaborate with engineering and operations to restore and maintain service reliability.

Drive revenue from new business and account expansion for complex enterprise accounts. Build executive relationships, manage full sales cycle, negotiate deals, ensure adoption, and collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering to meet sales targets.

The Safety Coordinator facilitates safety protocols and ensures compliance with regulations to maintain a safe workplace environment.

Plan and prepare OSP fiber design and construction drawings, select cost-effective routes, oversee design/permitting vendors, coordinate with sales, track project issues, ensure compliance with safety and telecom standards, and integrate process innovations to support FTTH network expansion.
