Prepares and serves seafood menu items, interacts with guests, takes orders, recommends products, handles register duties, and completes opening, closing, cleaning, and setup tasks. The role requires attention to food safety, cleanliness, organization, and communicating the company’s sustainable seafood mission. Candidates need at least one year of restaurant, customer service, or retail experience and must tolerate shellfish exposure.

Coordinates marketing operations, creative production, print materials, digital campaigns, email marketing, website updates, vendor relationships, and collateral distribution. Creates and updates branded menus, signage, promotional assets, sales materials, packaging mockups, and CPG marketing materials. Maintains project trackers, calendars, asset libraries, and inventory while supporting restaurants, e-commerce, CPG, and digital channels. Partners with external designers, printers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and resolve execution issues.
