Leads the Foundation’s major gifts program, managing high-capacity donor portfolios and securing $100,000–$5 million philanthropic commitments. Oversees cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, pipeline development, revenue forecasting, and donor engagement strategies. Manages and develops gift officers, program managers, and administrative staff while partnering with executives, board members, physicians, researchers, hospital leaders, and volunteers. Establishes operating processes, monitors performance, and advances fundraising priorities supporting child and maternal health.

Supports the Principal Gifts team and senior leaders through strategic project management, complex solicitation coordination, portfolio reviews, donor communications, board-related work, team meetings, and pipeline management. Maintains revenue projections, goals, metrics, systems, and reporting while identifying trends and opportunities. The role also improves processes, coordinates stakeholders and deadlines, prepares leadership materials, and handles confidential donor and organizational information.

Lead the Foundation’s principal gifts program, securing and growing $10M–$25M philanthropic investments from high-capacity donors. Manage a portfolio of major prospects, develop sophisticated cultivation and stewardship strategies, build the principal gifts pipeline, and partner with executives, physicians, researchers, volunteers, and board members. Lead and develop fundraising staff, oversee proposals and donor strategies, forecast revenue, establish operating processes, and advance long-term fundraising growth aligned with child and maternal health priorities.

Processes and records incoming gifts, prepares receipts and acknowledgments, updates donor records, performs data-quality audits, supports reconciliation, responds to gift-processing inquiries, and assists with CRM cleanup, testing, documentation, and conversion activities. The role requires accurate complex data entry, confidentiality, strong communication, intermediate Excel skills, and effective workload management during high-volume fundraising periods.

Create multimedia fundraising communications for high-value donors—design proposals, slide decks, videos, photography, and custom websites. Manage projects, collaborate with gift officers and stakeholders, work with vendors, maintain digital assets, and ensure polished, donor-focused materials.
