Build and maintain Flutter mobile application features used by millions of language learners. Collaborate with product, design, AI, and backend teams; write scalable code; optimize performance and reliability; participate in code reviews; and improve app quality through testing and iteration.

Own the monetization strategy and roadmap for an AI-powered B2C mobile app. Optimize pricing, paywalls, trials, subscriptions, offers, conversion, ARPU, and LTV through data analysis and A/B testing. Identify revenue opportunities, analyze user behavior and cohorts, and collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Data teams to build a continuous monetization experimentation engine.

Design end-to-end mobile and web product experiences, translating complex AI capabilities into intuitive user interfaces. Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs; collaborate with Product, Engineering, AI, Data, and Growth teams; and validate ideas through user feedback and experimentation. The role requires strong UX, interaction, visual design, and product-thinking skills, with Figma proficiency. Experience with AI products, user testing, A/B experiments, and AI workflow tools is advantageous.

Own the product adoption strategy and roadmap for an AI-powered consumer communication app. Drive activation, engagement, retention, onboarding, feature adoption, growth loops, and habit formation through user research, product analytics, A/B testing, gamification, and in-product education. Partner with Growth, Design, Engineering, and Data teams to identify drop-off points, run experiments, and convert behavioral insights into measurable product improvements.

Partner with Lucida AI to create high-performing UGC-style video ads, localize and recreate successful creatives, and produce AI-assisted video content at scale. Rapidly generate new creative concepts and iterate, then expand into paid acquisition and performance marketing on Meta and TikTok. Must understand mobile app marketing, use AI tools, communicate quickly, and operate with a startup mindset.
