Lead U.S. policy strategy for frontier AI verification, advise policymakers and governance stakeholders, translate regulatory proposals into verifiable technical claims, and guide research and red-team priorities. Build relationships across government, think tanks, standards bodies, and international counterparts; produce briefings, testimony, public comments, and explainers; track AI regulation and compute-agreement proposals; and establish Lucid’s growing policy function.

Supports company operations by managing executive calendars, scheduling, travel coordination, expenses, invoices, office needs, onboarding logistics, events, and special projects. The role requires discretion, strong writing, follow-through, comfort with ambiguity, and proficiency with modern workplace tools. It may grow into ownership of finance operations, recruiting, legal administration, or people operations.

Build and lead Lucid’s partnerships function by sourcing, structuring, and closing commercial and technical partnerships. Own partner relationships through delivery, co-sell into enterprise accounts, develop repeatable reference architectures, and cultivate direct enterprise and public-sector relationships. Represent the company in standards and governance forums, support pricing and commercial positioning, and build the team and processes needed for growth.
