Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes and improvements; manage small-to-medium projects; train staff on processes and equipment; troubleshoot production issues; define maintenance needs and ensure safe, productive operations.

Provide Tier 1/1.5 IT support for on-site and remote end-users, install and configure systems, maintain security and patching, document KB articles and assets, assist with technology rollouts, and provide on-call and weekend coverage.

Lead and manage manufacturing projects from definition through implementation to improve processes, safety, and product quality. Mentor engineers and technicians, develop procedures and training, coordinate corrective actions, and define preventative/predictive maintenance. Own project economics, approvals, and timelines while supporting continuous improvement and shop-floor operations.

Lead quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts: manage FAI, audits, QMS and corrective actions; use statistical methods and quality tools to resolve issues; support design reviews, training, and process controls to ensure product and process compliance.

Lead and manage manufacturing engineering projects: define scope, develop plans and ARs, implement process improvements, train staff, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor technicians to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality production.

Develop short- to mid-term constrained production and import-buy plans aligned to S&OP parameters, capacity, inventory and service targets. Collaborate with scheduling, procurement, finance and commercial teams to manage inventory, mitigate supply risks, run scenario analyses, and convert plans into production orders while monitoring performance metrics and driving continuous improvement.

Create and maintain item master data, bills of material (BOMs), and routes in the corporate database. Accumulate and verify costs for new and changed items, identify and correct data quality issues, enforce data policies, respond to change-action queries, and collaborate cross-functionally to support product and manufacturing data integrity.
