Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations across multiple production areas, leading managers and supervisors to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale targets. Drive workforce planning, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, OEE optimization, digital manufacturing system adoption, quality compliance, safety, capital projects, and production capacity planning. Develop teams, manage resources, support APQP and quality systems, and align daily execution with strategic business objectives.

Designs, develops, programs, integrates, and supports automated manufacturing systems. Manages broad engineering projects from analysis and planning through implementation, develops safe and efficient production processes, resolves manufacturing problems, and mentors engineers and technical personnel. Responsibilities include equipment evaluation, maintenance planning, process training, project budgeting, and continuous improvement in an onsite manufacturing environment.

Develops and improves safe, efficient manufacturing processes; leads small to medium engineering projects; resolves production issues; evaluates equipment and process alternatives; creates procedures and training; coordinates implementation; supports technicians and maintenance personnel; and performs industrial engineering functions. The role is onsite Monday through Friday and may require travel to other facilities or training locations.
