Build and lead a Forward Deployed Engineering team while remaining hands-on. Partner with customers to understand complex technical needs, design and ship full-stack solutions, guide architecture and code quality, and translate deployment insights into platform improvements. The role also shapes engineering standards, operating practices, product strategy, and the global scaling of the FDE function.

Build Lovable’s business development motion from the ground up by designing outbound systems, researching and qualifying accounts, generating pipeline, booking qualified meetings, and partnering with Account Executives. The role includes building AI-assisted sales tooling, multi-threading target accounts, qualifying inbound demand, reporting pipeline performance, and feeding market insights back to Sales, Marketing, and Product. High performers are expected to progress to Account Executive within 12–18 months.

Own Lovable’s customer value lifecycle, from sales-stage value hypotheses and ROI/TCO business cases through post-sale success metrics and realized-value reviews. Partner with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, and Transformation teams on strategic enterprise accounts. Build scalable ROI calculators, dashboards, templates, proof libraries, and enablement playbooks while leading executive workshops and transformation narratives.
