Lead and scale Loula’s operations by managing a four-person team, building end-to-end processes across credentialing, provider success, revenue cycle, and patient operations, owning RCM vendor relationships, standing up patient referral/care navigation workflows, documenting SOPs, and identifying operational risks to enable smooth cross-functional handoffs and scalable systems.

Join as a founding full-stack engineer to design and build Loula’s core architecture and platform. Drive front-end and back-end development, define product roadmap with customers and founders, lead portions of the tech stack, conduct user interviews, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, extensible systems at an early-stage startup.

Lead Loula's payer ecosystem: set strategy, identify and negotiate contracts with health plans, manage 20+ payer relationships, build launch operations and a Payer Playbook, and coordinate cross-functional teams to scale payer partnerships.

Grow Loula’s doula provider network through targeted outreach (email, phone, social, LinkedIn), qualify leads, schedule onboarding, maintain CRM records, build referral partnerships with community and healthcare organizations, and share sales insights to inform growth strategy.
