Designs, administers, and delivers blended learning programs (e-learning, instructor-led, assessments). Administers and analyzes Oracle HCM learning modules and LMS, develops content with authoring tools, partners with stakeholders, applies instructional design and change/project management, coaches staff, and supports digital learning strategy.

Design and manage water distribution extension projects: prepare plans, KY Pipe models, contracts, and cost estimates; review developer submittals and relocations; coordinate stakeholders; oversee construction, budgets, change actions, and project documentation. Must obtain Engineer-in-Training within two years.

Administer and troubleshoot SCADA and plant control systems, support electrical power distribution, design and manage projects (scope, schedule, budget), prepare plans/specs/cost estimates, coordinate construction and stakeholders, and provide technical support and documentation.

Manage the main replacement and rehabilitation program (MRRP) including execution of a $50M capital plan and $200k O&M budget. Design and administer water main relocation and lead-service replacement projects, review agency plans for conflicts, coordinate with utilities/agencies/contractors, ensure specifications and safety compliance, track project data and reporting, pursue reimbursements, and supervise engineering staff.
