Supervises water production engineering and plant operations, including process troubleshooting, operator training, regulatory compliance, emergency response, chemical inventory management, capital projects, contractor oversight, and production reporting. Manages a $3.3 million chemical inventory budget and supports water quality, treatment optimization, maintenance coordination, safety programs, and employee performance. Provides direct supervision and ensures reliable, efficient, and compliant operation of water treatment facilities and related infrastructure.

Administer and troubleshoot SCADA and plant control systems, support electrical power distribution, design and manage projects (scope, schedule, budget), prepare plans/specs/cost estimates, coordinate construction and stakeholders, and provide technical support and documentation.
