Supports supplier diversity, small business, and procurement programs through bid compliance reviews, contractor payment analysis, reporting, certification verification, supplier outreach, training, and event management. Administers procurement and supplier diversity systems, maintains supplier databases, troubleshoots Oracle and WAM issues, develops program materials, recruits diverse suppliers, and provides backup support for purchasing and contract execution activities.

Design and manage water distribution extension projects: prepare plans, KY Pipe models, contracts, and cost estimates; review developer submittals and relocations; coordinate stakeholders; oversee construction, budgets, change actions, and project documentation. Must obtain Engineer-in-Training within two years.

Administer and troubleshoot SCADA and plant control systems, support electrical power distribution, design and manage projects (scope, schedule, budget), prepare plans/specs/cost estimates, coordinate construction and stakeholders, and provide technical support and documentation.
