Lead and define Lotuss visual identity and creative direction. Build and ship end-to-end brand systems (identity, web, social, campaigns), execute daily in Figma/Photoshop/Illustrator, write copy, embed AI tools into workflows, and shape positioning and storytelling. Founding LA-office role; hands-on execution and strategic leadership across brand and marketing.

Execute high-volume short-form video production combining AI-generated video and traditional editing. Turn briefs into polished content rapidly, run small solo shoots when needed, and optimize for retention. Work under the Content Director on the LA founding team to deliver frequent videos that drive engagement.

The Video Editor will edit short-form content for social media platforms, collaborate on creative strategy, and develop scalable video templates.

Design and ship core reasoning systems, curate datasets, evaluate safety for health data applications, and collaborate with engineers and clinicians.
