Leads the hotel's finance function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, accounting operations, controls, cash management, audits, compliance, and asset stewardship. Serves as a strategic advisor to the General Manager and headquarters, provides financial guidance to department leaders, and manages the finance and accounting team. Ensures accurate reporting under GAAP and USALI while supporting profitability, cost management, and operational decision-making.

Provide administrative and operational support to Group Sales Directors/Managers: manage Salesforce group bookings, contracts, deposits, rooming lists, calendars, expense and commission processing; prepare sales collateral, VIP materials, shipments, and coordinate site inspections while liaising with hotel departments and handling phone/administrative duties.

Supervise accounting operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and assist the Director of Finance with financial reporting and control.
