Provide global field support for railroad equipment testing, troubleshooting, repair, and commissioning of control systems and measurement technologies. Diagnose software and electrical issues, perform calibrations (X-ray, laser, GPS), deliver training, write technical reports, and analyze performance data while supporting OEMs and Lease Operations.

Administer and coordinate global mobility programs including international assignments, relocations, immigration, tax coordination, payroll, vendor management, compliance tracking, and policy/process improvements. Serve as primary contact for mobile employees, partner with internal teams and external advisors, maintain documentation and reporting, and monitor regulatory changes to mitigate cross-border risks.

Lead North American fleet operations, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective 24/7/365 track maintenance services. Perform research and testing for R&D projects integrating software, firmware, mechanical, electrical, and imaging technologies. Evaluate competing technologies, conduct field and lab tests in railroad environments, analyze system performance, prepare reports, and recommend enhancements. Attend trade shows and contribute to publications.

Execute end-to-end U.S. and Canadian payroll processing, validate complex payroll calculations (prevailing wage, FWW, tax equalization), maintain audit-ready documentation and controls, resolve payroll errors, coordinate with HRIS/Finance/system providers, respond to payroll inquiries, and support Dayforce system enhancements and testing.

Design and develop electromechanical systems and subsystems, translate requirements into system architecture, design and integrate industrial automation/PLC and motor controls, validate designs through analysis and testing, coordinate design efforts, provide technical direction to junior engineers, and support internal/external customers.

Provide operational and analytical support for compensation and benefits programs: administer market pricing, merit and incentive cycles, benefits enrollment, data audits, reporting, vendor coordination, policy compliance, and process improvements. Serve as Tier II support for escalated employee inquiries and provide backup for workers' compensation and leave administration.

Perform HTS and export classifications, manage HTS master data, prepare import/export documentation, coordinate with customs brokers, lead FTA supplier solicitation and Certificates of Origin, conduct compliance audits and training, analyze regulations, support cross-border shipments and trade-related projects.

Designs, architects, and develops desktop, web, and cloud software solutions.
