Owns supplier quality activities across selection, qualification, production performance, audits, PPAP, corrective actions, warranty investigations, and supplier development. Evaluates supplier and component risks, manages NCR, SCAR, and CAPA processes, verifies corrective-action effectiveness, and uses quality metrics and statistical analysis to reduce defects and warranty exposure. Requires cross-functional collaboration, technical judgment, documentation discipline, and international travel in railroad equipment environments.

Coordinates talent acquisition operations, candidate communications, background and compliance checks, onboarding, I-9 completion, travel logistics, ATS data, vendor relationships, and recruiting reports. Plans employee events, recognition programs, and engagement activities while supporting HR compliance and candidate experience. Requires strong communication, judgment, confidentiality, customer service, and Microsoft Office skills, with occasional international travel and after-hours candidate support.

Leads complex customer-facing, IT, enterprise, and strategic projects from intake through delivery, acceptance, stabilization, and benefits realization. Manages scope, schedule, budget, risks, change control, forecasts, KPIs, governance, and customer relationships. Coordinates cross-functional teams, supports cost estimating and ERP-driven controls, communicates executive-level status and trade-offs, and coaches project managers. The role also improves PMO standards and requires railroad safety compliance, a valid driver’s license, and at least 20% travel.
