Provides analytical and operational support for compensation and benefits programs, including market pricing, merit and incentive cycles, benefits administration, audits, reporting, compliance, employee inquiries, vendor coordination, and process improvement. Partners with HR, Payroll, HRIS, and Total Rewards teams while supporting workers’ compensation and leave administration as needed.

Provides analytical and operational support for compensation and benefits programs, including market pricing, merit and incentive cycles, benefits administration, audits, reporting, compliance, vendor coordination, employee inquiries, and process improvement. Partners with HR, Payroll, HRIS, Compensation, and Benefits teams to ensure accurate and compliant Total Rewards administration. Requires 3+ years of HR experience, including total rewards experience, strong Excel and analytical skills, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Provides analytical and operational support for compensation and benefits programs, including market pricing, salary surveys, merit and incentive cycles, benefits administration, audits, reporting, compliance, vendor coordination, and employee inquiries. The role develops procedures, supports regulatory reporting, assists with leave and workers’ compensation administration, and partners with HR, Payroll, HRIS, and vendors to ensure accurate and efficient total rewards operations.
