Lead enterprise sales to acquire and expand restaurant customers for Loop AI. Develop and execute sales strategies, prospect and qualify opportunities, deliver demos, negotiate contracts, manage pipeline and forecasts, and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to drive revenue growth.

Design and build backend system architecture, deliver short- and long-term solutions, engage with customers to understand pain points, write clean Python/Django code, debug and optimize backend services and databases, and contribute to product and operational improvements.

Lead financial strategy and customer success for restaurant customers, evangelize finance tech and best practices, and drive outcomes across AP/AR/close, payroll, and COGS workflows. Own ambiguous initiatives, use data to inform decisions and storytelling, communicate with finance leaders, and ensure operational excellence and scalability while partnering closely with product and AI teams.

Analyze and visualize product and user data, design and run experiments, identify business problems solvable with data, and communicate insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders to inform product strategy.

Work with founders and engineers to build rapid MVP prototypes and contribute to Loop AI product development. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and customer-driven iteration while learning web fullstack development and agile practices.

Drive acquisition and expansion of mid-market restaurant customers by prospecting, qualifying leads, delivering product demos, negotiating contracts, and managing pipeline in CRM to hit quotas. Build relationships with decision-makers, stay informed on industry trends and competitors, and identify growth opportunities to increase revenue.

Drive outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, social) and qualify inbound leads to build a pipeline for Loop AI. Collaborate with sales and marketing on messaging, maintain product knowledge, report on pipeline metrics, and support lead conversion efforts.

Design and implement backend system architecture, deliver short- and long-term solutions, engage with customers to understand pain points, troubleshoot and optimize backend performance, and write clean, maintainable Python/Django code to support Loop's delivery intelligence platform.
