About the Role:

As a Frontend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing the ideal backend system architecture, front end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, addressing customer pain points, and contributing to the overall success of our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
System Architecture:
Could do end to end product thinking to produce ideal backend and frontend architecture.
Translate UI/UX design wireframes into code, producing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Create strategic plans to achieve the long-term vision while delivering shorter-term solutions that provide immediate value to our customers.
Customer Interaction:
Engage with customers to understand their pain points and translate that to the right product feature set/priorities
Collaborate on brainstorming sessions to devise innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience
Critical Thinking:
Apply critical thinking to problem-solving, starting from the ground up.
Challenge existing solutions and propose novel approaches free from bias.
What We're Seeking:
Must-Have:
3+ years of relevant professional full-time experience building systems
Proactive self-starter capable of independently solving problems.
Write clean, maintainable and functional code on the front-end using React Js/front end libraries and back-end using Python, Django, PostGreSQL / any relevant backend stack
Troubleshoot and debug issues
Optimise the performance of the backend services (GCP , DBT)

Skills Required

- Backend development experience using Python and Django
- Experience with PostgreSQL (PostGreSQL) databases
