The role requires translating complex transformation needs into decisive architecture choices that enable operational readiness and long-term independence from the former parent organization.

Lead the implementation phase of an international SAP S/4HANA transformation across the Netherlands and Germany. The Program Manager will oversee approximately 20 stream leads, PMO governance, milestones, risks, dependencies, resources, budgets, change control, system integrator performance, and executive reporting. The role coordinates business and IT stakeholders, supports readiness, manages client-supplier relationships, and ensures business, functional, and technical requirements are delivered through December 2027.

Lead an enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation replacing SAP and Navision across sales and operations. Manage process optimization, requirements, stakeholder alignment, scope, budgets, risks, timelines, integrations, solution delivery, release planning, deployment readiness, and business value realization. Coordinate Sales, Operations, IT, Supply Chain, Finance, architects, development leads, and external partners while reporting progress to management and steering committees.
