Coordinates resident activities, wellness programs, volunteer initiatives, transportation, and community resources in a senior living environment. Facilitates resident and staff committees, maintains community resource files, promotes programs through newsletters and media, and organizes decorations and in-house television content. Requires strong communication, creativity, patience, customer service, knowledge of older adults, supervisory ability, and a current driver license.

Assists the Director of Nursing in managing nursing operations at a long-term care community. Plans and evaluates resident care, supervises nursing staff, audits documentation, supports regulatory compliance and quality improvement, coordinates with physicians and families, and addresses resident concerns. Serves as licensed Administrator when needed and participates in on-call coverage.

Provide direct nursing care on the night shift in a 24-hour skilled nursing environment: administer medications, perform treatments, obtain specimens, document care, delegate and supervise nursing assistants, and assist with nursing department operations to ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
