Performs accounts receivable and Medicare billing for a retirement community: posts resident charges and payments, prepares deposits and statements, handles collections and insurance follow-up, answers resident billing inquiries, and provides accounting support to the Director of Accounting.

Provide direct nursing care on the night shift in a 24-hour skilled nursing environment: administer medications, perform treatments, obtain specimens, document care, delegate and supervise nursing assistants, and assist with nursing department operations to ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance.

Develops, organizes, and implements activities and programs for independent living residents. Produces calendars/newsletters, recruits and coordinates volunteers, liaises with dining and operations, maintains records and compliance, and remains on-call for emergencies. Promotes resident engagement and excellent customer service.
