Builds consultative relationships, coaches leaders, and coordinates performance programs across assigned areas. Requires travel in the US and Canada.

Designs, delivers, and implements retail training programs across North America to elevate brand standards and sales/service excellence. Conducts field coaching, boutique visits, analyzes sales KPIs, partners with central teams to adapt materials, and aligns training plans with retail strategy to ensure consistent brand experience.
