Designs, delivers, and implements retail training programs across North America to elevate brand standards and sales/service excellence. Conducts field coaching, boutique visits, analyzes sales KPIs, partners with central teams to adapt materials, and aligns training plans with retail strategy to ensure consistent brand experience.

Supervise boutique sales and customer service to meet sales goals. Mentor staff, manage POS/Cegid transactions, merchandising, inventory/receiving, loss prevention, clienteling, and store standards. Handle reports, shipments, and assist with floor operations and administrative tasks.
