Designs, delivers, and implements retail training programs across North America to elevate brand standards and sales/service excellence. Conducts field coaching, boutique visits, analyzes sales KPIs, partners with central teams to adapt materials, and aligns training plans with retail strategy to ensure consistent brand experience.

Supervise boutique sales and customer service to meet targets; mentor and train staff; manage POS/Cegid transactions, merchandising, inventory, shipments, loss prevention, and store standards. Maintain client books, handle customer issues, and support store operations including receiving, stocking, and displays.
