Coordinates loan funding activities across internal teams, accounting, warehouse banks, title companies, and external partners. Prepares wire requests, assigns and monitors HELOC loans, obtains closing packages, uploads documents to ICE, manages the funding inbox, maintains organized loan logs, and reviews reconciliation data. The role requires strong communication, prioritization, multitasking, attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and Outlook. It is an in-office position with extended month-end hours.

Reviews loan closing packages for pre-funding and pre-purchase compliance, confirms underwriting conditions are satisfied, maintains loan origination system data integrity, verifies wire amounts, reconciles daily funding activity, and coordinates with settlement agents and internal stakeholders to ensure loans are funded and purchased promptly. This is an onsite, Monday-through-Friday role in Paramus, New Jersey.

Manage transactional legal work across corporate and lending areas, including contract drafting and negotiation, regulatory compliance research for loan products, vendor and third-party agreements, contract lifecycle management, and advising business units on consumer finance laws and risk mitigation. Support HR-related employment documents and assist with corporate transactions.

Process reverse mortgage applications from submission through underwriting and closing. Gather, review, upload and organize documentation, analyze credit/income/assets, clear conditions, communicate with loan officers, borrowers, underwriters and third parties, and perform final data review prior to closing while ensuring regulatory compliance and confidentiality.

The Reverse Mortgage Processor manages loan files from application through closing, ensuring documentation accuracy, communicating with various stakeholders, and meeting deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.
