Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders while maintaining confidentiality, supporting workplace safety, and ensuring HR policies and processes are implemented effectively.

Coordinates recruitment, interviews, pre-employment screenings, onboarding, employee records, HR documentation, compliance support, HRIS updates, timekeeping, reporting, and employee engagement activities. Provides responsive support to employees and leaders while maintaining confidentiality, assisting with audits and background checks, and contributing to HR projects and process improvements.

Manage accounting operations, general ledger, financial close, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and internal controls. Oversee accounts payable, payroll, billing, and collections while ensuring audit readiness, regulatory filings, Medicare and Medicaid cost reports, and Form 990 compliance. Partner with leadership on financial analysis, performance metrics, and strategic decisions, and lead accounting system upgrades and process improvements.
