Provides hands-on nursing care to senior residents, including assessments, medication and treatment administration, care planning, emergency response, documentation, infection control, and communication with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams. The LPN also supervises and mentors nursing assistants, manages controlled-substance counts, implements physician orders, supports care transitions, and promotes resident safety, dignity, and well-being.

Manages overnight nursing operations in a skilled nursing and senior living setting. Oversees resident care, responds to emergencies, administers and supports treatments, ensures clinical compliance, collaborates with physicians, maintains documentation, supervises and mentors nursing staff, manages staffing and scheduling, supports surveys and care planning, handles grievances, and leads emergency preparedness activities.

Manage accounting operations, general ledger, financial close, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and internal controls. Oversee accounts payable, payroll, billing, and collections while ensuring audit readiness, regulatory filings, Medicare and Medicaid cost reports, and Form 990 compliance. Partner with leadership on financial analysis, performance metrics, and strategic decisions, and lead accounting system upgrades and process improvements.
