Teams at Londonderry Village

Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors; answer and route calls; manage room and vehicle reservations; submit work orders in WorxHub; retrieve face sheets from the EHR and send care plan notifications; provide clerical support across departments and backup reception coverage as needed.

Manage accounting operations, general ledger, financial close, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and internal controls. Oversee accounts payable, payroll, billing, and collections while ensuring audit readiness, regulatory filings, Medicare and Medicaid cost reports, and Form 990 compliance. Partner with leadership on financial analysis, performance metrics, and strategic decisions, and lead accounting system upgrades and process improvements.

Prepare, transport, serve, and clear meals for senior residents; maintain clean dining areas, dishware, and workspaces; follow food safety and sanitation policies; assist with basic food prep and honor resident preferences.
