Provides comprehensive executive and organizational support to the General Manager and leadership team, including complex calendar management, international travel, meetings, offsites, employee events, communications, onboarding, expenses, vendor coordination, special projects, and confidential information handling. The role requires proactive problem-solving, strong judgment, exceptional organization, and frequent onsite presence in San Jose.

Supports employee lifecycle services across EMEA, including onboarding, HR documentation, benefits and compensation changes, immigration support, leave administration, offboarding, payroll inputs, and HRIS data maintenance. Partners with HR stakeholders, maintains compliance with employment legislation and service-level agreements, updates procedures, supports system enhancements and testing, and recommends process improvements while protecting confidential information.

Manage Logitech Germany’s high-value strategic accounts, serving as the primary client partner and driving revenue growth. Develop customer strategies, negotiate complex deals, forecast demand, analyze market data, and optimize inventory. Lead cross-functional initiatives, create action plans, improve sales and billing processes, and communicate insights to stakeholders. The role requires strong commercial leadership, independent ownership, advanced Excel skills, fluent German, and English proficiency.
