Logistics Operations Interns support shipment tracking, quoting, routing, dispatch, documentation, customer and carrier communication, data entry, reporting, import/export operations, and process improvement. Depending on placement, interns may also assist with Importer of Record activities and FF&E sourcing, purchasing, budgeting, and vendor coordination. The role is on-site in Erie, Pennsylvania, during the May–August 2027 internship program.

Assist with integrating logistics systems, managing and cleaning databases, understanding large codebases, implementing features, debugging production issues, and analyzing system performance. The internship provides hands-on software development and logistics technology experience while working with experienced developers. Interns must communicate effectively, collaborate well, manage multiple tasks, and be willing to learn in a fast-paced, in-person environment.

Business Intelligence Interns will work with stakeholders to identify analytics needs, analyze operational problems, build data models, prepare and reconcile reports, and audit logistics data for accuracy. The role also involves presenting information, applying project management techniques, meeting deadlines, and supporting additional assignments. Candidates should be college students with strong attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, creativity in problem-solving, communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Supports compliance audits, C-TPAT revalidation, document retention, global office communications, program manual updates, CRM maintenance, and AS9120 audit preparation. The intern also assists other departments with projects while developing organizational, communication, and compliance skills in an on-site corporate environment.

Supports HR data entry, onboarding, employee lifecycle activities, wellness benefits navigation, wellness programs, employee communications, and phone-line coordination. The internship requires confidentiality, accuracy, communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and interest in human resources or wellness. It is an in-person position at the Erie headquarters from May through August 2027 with flexible weekday hours.

Supports marketing initiatives by developing digital campaigns, analyzing sales and marketing metrics, generating promotional ideas, addressing advertising needs, maintaining brand consistency, and collaborating with internal teams. The intern will also use customer feedback, marketing software, and analytics to support web traffic, brand awareness, and client satisfaction.

The Legal Team Intern will support the General Counsel with contract review, legal research, claims and dispute documentation, regulatory monitoring, file maintenance, and process improvement. The role provides exposure to transportation laws, labor regulations, international trade compliance, and legal operations within a global logistics organization. Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, and willingness to learn are required.

The IT Infrastructure Intern will support monitoring and maintenance across multiple facilities. Responsibilities include documenting IT architecture, supporting business continuity, deploying and maintaining endpoints, configuring and troubleshooting network infrastructure, supporting firewalls, switching, VLANs, wireless networks, VoIP phones, and user systems, and coordinating scheduled maintenance and recovery plans. The role is on-site, requires driving between facilities, and includes physical hardware installation using tools, lifts, and ladders.

Accounting intern supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, customer invoicing, shipment billing audits, revenue accruals, warehouse inventory reconciliations, reporting, and discrepancy resolution. The role requires accurate data processing, collaboration across departments, customer service, and assistance with accounting and billing requests. This is an in-person internship at the company headquarters from May through August 2027, with flexible weekday hours.

Serve as liaison between customers and freight carriers: secure accounts, solicit freight, tender loads via company TMS, track and trace shipments, generate reports, resolve issues, negotiate carrier contracts, and provide customer service including after-hours/on-call support.
