Logistics Operations Interns support shipment tracking, quoting, routing, dispatch, documentation, customer and carrier communication, data entry, reporting, import/export operations, and process improvement. Depending on placement, interns may also assist with Importer of Record activities and FF&E sourcing, purchasing, budgeting, and vendor coordination. The role is on-site in Erie, Pennsylvania, during the May–August 2027 internship program.

Assist with integrating logistics systems, managing and cleaning databases, understanding large codebases, implementing features, debugging production issues, and analyzing system performance. The internship provides hands-on software development and logistics technology experience while working with experienced developers. Interns must communicate effectively, collaborate well, manage multiple tasks, and be willing to learn in a fast-paced, in-person environment.

Business Intelligence Interns will work with stakeholders to identify analytics needs, analyze operational problems, build data models, prepare and reconcile reports, and audit logistics data for accuracy. The role also involves presenting information, applying project management techniques, meeting deadlines, and supporting additional assignments. Candidates should be college students with strong attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, creativity in problem-solving, communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
