Teams at Logistics Plus

Serve as liaison between customers and freight carriers: secure accounts, solicit freight, tender loads via company TMS, track and trace shipments, generate reports, resolve issues, negotiate carrier contracts, and provide customer service including after-hours/on-call support.

Manage end-to-end ocean import shipments, maintain shipment documentation and compliance, coordinate with agents/carriers/customers, prepare quotes, resolve issues, and maintain electronic records using CargoWise and TMS tools.
