Leads consulting engagements helping electric utilities modernize grid operations. Advises clients on operating models, technology implementation, distribution engineering, DER integration, and organizational readiness. Oversees initiatives involving ADMS, DMS, OMS, DERMS, SCADA, automation, storage, and EV integration from requirements through deployment. Manages multidisciplinary teams, project scope, risks, schedules, and client relationships while supporting proposals, business development, and thought leadership.

The Senior Consultant will analyze processes, facilitate change management, assess business readiness, and implement optimization strategies in a client-focused role, particularly in grid modernization.

Lead and execute the firms revenue strategy as a player/coach: drive 2020%+ YoY growth, originate major enterprise accounts, scale and coach a sales organization, shape pricing and GTM with partners (notably Microsoft), and partner with delivery and marketing to ensure profitable execution and client satisfaction.
