Lead consulting engagements that help enterprise clients adopt generative AI and integrate it into business operations. Responsibilities include identifying AI opportunities, facilitating workshops, developing enablement and training materials, advising stakeholders, measuring adoption and business impact, translating business needs into AI solutions, and promoting responsible AI, governance, security, and change management practices.

Leads complex AI, analytics, and data consulting engagements from strategy through implementation and adoption. Advises senior clients, shapes solutions, manages delivery financials and risks, supports sales proposals, and leads multidisciplinary teams. Develops consultants, staffing plans, methodologies, accelerators, and thought leadership while expanding client relationships. Requires extensive consulting leadership, AI and data solution experience, executive communication, and expertise taking solutions from proof of concept to production. Energy and utilities experience is strongly preferred.

Drive new business growth in the energy and utilities sector by prospecting, building executive relationships, developing sales strategy and pipeline, shaping consulting pursuits, closing deals, and expanding Microsoft alliance opportunities. The role requires selling professional services or management consulting to utilities, engaging directors through C-suite decision-makers, and building long-term client relationships and a utilities-focused book of business.
