Execute full-lifecycle recruiting for cleared technical and operational roles supporting USSOCOM. Source cleared candidates, support high-volume proposal staffing, translate PWS/SOW requirements into hiring strategies, ensure FAR/DFARS/OFCCP compliance, maintain ATS/HRIS audit-ready records, coordinate interviews and onboarding, and collaborate with TA, BD, HR, Security, and Program teams to meet surge hiring needs and clearance constraints.

Lead design, development, and sustainment of enterprise .NET applications. Drive architecture, performance optimization, secure coding, microservices, and messaging-based distributed systems. Mentor developers, participate in Agile ceremonies, and coordinate with product, QA, and systems analysts to deliver and modernize software on-site for a DLA client.

Support the full software development lifecycle for a DLA client: assist with requirements, system design, programming, testing, database design, deployment, source control, debugging, and peer review. Work onsite three days weekly and collaborate with team members while learning modern and legacy technologies.
