Leads complex customer technical support issues, troubleshooting logs, services, environments, operating systems, cloud platforms, and printer communications. Acts as a trusted technical advisor, escalates defects, creates knowledge articles, supports onboarding, improves workflows, and mentors support team members. Collaborates with Product and Engineering while prioritizing issues based on severity and business impact.

Manage multiple customer-facing enterprise software implementation projects from presales handoff through go-live and technical support handoff. Responsibilities include project planning, scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, change orders, quality, stakeholder communication, team leadership, documentation, reporting, issue resolution, and customer relationship development.

The AI Transformation & Enablement Analyst will drive AI strategy and execution, support product innovations, evaluate AI tools, and ensure compliance. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, facilitating AI adoption, and tracking performance metrics.

Own long-term strategy and outcomes for major product or platform areas. Set vision, roadmap, and success metrics; translate customer and market insights into prioritized initiatives; lead complex cross-team initiatives from discovery to adoption; partner with Engineering, Design, GTM, and execs; define requirements and measure business impact.

Support maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, assist with SOC 2 Type II and ISO audits, track CAPA and audit findings, update quality documentation, respond to RFIs, and perform administrative tasks to support global compliance efforts.

Generate new business pipeline via phone, email, and social media; qualify prospects, meet sales targets, coordinate with sales reps, manage CRM data, and execute territory outbound prospecting plans.

Implement and configure Loftware labeling solutions on AWS and on‑premise; perform integrations, RBAC, SSL/SSO, HA/DR, testing (smoke, SIT/UAT), documentation, technical proposals, change control, and customer knowledge transfer. Liaise with cross-functional teams and support go-live; projects involve short on-site or remote stints with 25–50% travel.
