The AI Transformation & Enablement Analyst will drive AI strategy and execution, support product innovations, evaluate AI tools, and ensure compliance. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, facilitating AI adoption, and tracking performance metrics.

Own long-term strategy and outcomes for major product or platform areas. Set vision, roadmap, and success metrics; translate customer and market insights into prioritized initiatives; lead complex cross-team initiatives from discovery to adoption; partner with Engineering, Design, GTM, and execs; define requirements and measure business impact.

Support maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, assist with SOC 2 Type II and ISO audits, track CAPA and audit findings, update quality documentation, respond to RFIs, and perform administrative tasks to support global compliance efforts.

Generate new business pipeline via phone, email, and social media; qualify prospects, meet sales targets, coordinate with sales reps, manage CRM data, and execute territory outbound prospecting plans.

Create and manage digital-first marketing content (blogs, social, videos, webinars, customer stories, newsletters) to drive brand awareness and pipeline. Develop and implement social media plans and reporting, manage webinar programs, support campaign content and surveys, and collaborate cross-functionally. Report to the Director of Content & Communications.

Implement and configure Loftware labeling solutions on AWS and on‑premise; perform integrations, RBAC, SSL/SSO, HA/DR, testing (smoke, SIT/UAT), documentation, technical proposals, change control, and customer knowledge transfer. Liaise with cross-functional teams and support go-live; projects involve short on-site or remote stints with 25–50% travel.

The Accountant will manage financial transactions, reconcile accounts, process invoices, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting regulations.

Lead design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions, ensure integrations and governance, mentor technical teams, define roadmaps, partner with business and data teams, enforce security best practices, and influence long-term Salesforce strategy.
