The base salary ranges for this position vary by hiring location and are listed below. These ranges represent the good-faith minimum and maximum annual base salary that the organization reasonably expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting.

• United States: USD $120,000 – $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
• United Kingdom: GBP £60,000 – £85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

About the Role 

We are looking for a Principal Program Manager, to join our team, reporting to the Chief of Staff. This senior individual contributor will identify, shape, and execute value creation opportunities across Loftware, with a focus on accelerating company growth, improving operational performance, and advancing strategic initiatives that create enterprise value. The role will personally lead complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution, provide hands-on project management where needed, and contribute to enterprise systems transformation initiatives, M&A due diligence and integration activities. The individual will also help strengthen Loftware’s internal program management capabilities through practical tools, processes, governance, and delivery standards that support high-impact work. 

Responsibilities: 

· Identify and evaluate potential levers for value creation, including revenue growth, cost optimization, operational efficiency, customer retention, and innovation. 

· Personally lead and significantly contribute to complex, cross-functional value creation programs, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to a high standard. 

· Drive the execution of existing value creation priorities, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and stakeholder expectations. 

· Translate enterprise strategy into clear program objectives, workstreams, milestones, dependencies, decision points, and measurable outcomes. 

· Lead enterprise systems transformation initiatives that modernize core business applications, improve data flow across functions, reduce process complexity, and enable scalable operating models. 

· Partner with business and technology leaders to assess current-state application landscapes, identify capability gaps, define target-state requirements, and translate transformation opportunities into executable roadmaps. 

· Drive alignment across process, data, systems, and organizational change workstreams to ensure business application transformations deliver measurable adoption, efficiency, and value realization. 

· Strengthen Loftware’s internal Program Management Office capabilities by developing and applying tools, templates, processes, governance, and best practices for project intake, planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. 

· Own day-to-day program and project management for assigned strategic initiatives, proactively resolving issues and serving as an escalation point for risks, dependencies, and decisions. 

· Establish and track objectives, key results, and performance measures for assigned initiatives, providing concise, recurring updates that connect execution to corporate strategy. 

· Establish and maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including executive management, business units, customers, partners, and vendors.

Experience: 

· Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. 

· 10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, program management, or project management roles, preferably in the software or technology industry. 

· Proven track record of personally leading and delivering complex, cross-functional, high-value programs and projects. 

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to move between strategic framing and detailed execution. 

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 

· Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization. 

· Proficiency in project and program management tools, methodologies, governance, and executive reporting. 

· Demonstrated experience leading or supporting enterprise systems transformation, business application modernization, ERP/CRM/CPQ or similar platform initiatives, and cross-functional process redesign. Experience in Salesforce is a plus 

· Strong understanding of how business applications support end-to-end operating processes, data governance, reporting, controls, user adoption, and change management in a growth-oriented software business. 

· Experience in M&A due diligence and integration is a plus. 

· Occasional travel may be required as needed.
