Monitor and optimize BRT fleet operations, including bus deployment, availability, reliability, maintenance coordination, inspections, incidents, service continuity, KPI reporting, and compliance. Maintain fleet records, mileage, breakdown, accident, damage, and inventory logs. Coordinate with operations, maintenance teams, and contractors. Monitor and troubleshoot onboard ITS equipment, including RTPI, GPS trackers, communications systems, fare validators, and Wi-Fi.

Lead global cybersecurity operations and a legacy-to-cloud security transformation. Implement zero-trust architecture, hybrid-cloud controls, AI security guardrails, threat hunting, incident response, and cloud-native XDR/SIEM/SOAR capabilities. Drive ISO 27001 readiness, risk assessments, vendor evaluations, audits, and security policies while partnering with distributed engineering and executive teams. The role requires extensive cybersecurity management experience, cloud and AI security expertise, compliance knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Lead design and implement scalable, secure multi-cloud solutions (Azure/AWS). Drive cloud migrations, automation (DevOps/Terraform), container orchestration, cost/security optimization, client-facing pre-sales, and mentor teams.

Support design, development, testing, and deployment of AI proofs-of-concept and prototypes. Work with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, ML models, computer vision, and API integrations. Prepare datasets, evaluate model performance, contribute to documentation, and assist in customer demos and enterprise AI feature development under senior guidance.
