Provides first-level support for system users by responding to queries, troubleshooting application issues, logging and tracking tickets, escalating technical matters, and maintaining user updates. The role also develops knowledge-base articles, supports onboarding and basic training, maintains issue records for reporting, and provides on-site support at TMC offices as needed.

Assists station operations and maintenance teams with monitoring ITS systems and equipment, preventive and corrective maintenance, fault diagnosis, incident resolution, service logging, and SLA/KPI compliance under supervision. Follows safety procedures and standard operating practices while gaining practical experience in transport systems and station electrification.

Manages LMKR’s channel partner ecosystem across assigned markets, recruiting and developing resellers, distributors, and strategic partners. Drives partner-led pipeline and revenue through the full sales cycle, develops joint business and account plans, conducts performance reviews, and coordinates enablement, training, demonstrations, forecasting, and reporting. Collaborates with sales, presales, product, marketing, legal, and delivery teams while representing the company in partner and customer engagements.
