Responsibilities include networking with local businesses, matching job seekers to roles, providing short-term job coaching and direct care, collaborating with families and agency teams, implementing employment plans, and maintaining progress documentation. The role requires community outreach, advocacy, independent problem-solving, reliable transportation, and experience supporting individuals with IDD.

Supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Shared Living arrangements. Conducts bi-monthly home visits, oversees Direct Support Professionals, develops individualized support plans with individuals and families, advocates for client needs, connects people with community resources, supports DSP performance, maintains documentation, and ensures regulatory compliance.

Provides person-centered behavioral support through observations, functional behavioral assessments, positive support plans, team training, case consultation, multidisciplinary collaboration, regulatory review, and specialized support groups. Supports approximately 20–40 complex cases while promoting independence, safety, ethical care, and family engagement. The role offers hybrid flexibility after training and requires occasional travel between regional sites.

Coordinate children’s services, oversee and mentor staff, develop individualized service plans, maintain accurate progress records, and collaborate with families and community partners to connect children with needed resources. The role emphasizes quality assurance, tailored support, and leadership of Behavioral Health Professionals serving children with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Leads children’s services programs for youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Supervises and coaches staff, manages a caseload, develops individualized service plans, conducts home and field visits, advocates for families, supports scheduling, billing, payroll, onboarding, compliance, documentation, incident response, and on-call coverage.
