Provide front-desk customer service, answer and direct calls, manage new-hire onboarding and background checks, maintain electronic employee/provider files, perform scanning and data entry, order and inventory office supplies, and keep conference and reception areas tidy.

Develop local employer relationships, match job seekers with suitable positions, provide short-term job coaching and on-the-job supports, collaborate with families and agency teams, and maintain weekly and monthly progress documentation.

Recruiters for Living Innovations source and screen compassionate caregivers and Shared Living Providers, build community partnerships, attend local hiring events, maintain applicant communication and hiring records, and support regional managers to fill roles.

Provide front-desk customer service, manage phone calls and messages, conduct new-hire onboarding and background check collection, maintain electronic employee and provider files, scan and file documents, order and track office supplies, and keep conference and reception areas clean.

Provide leadership, supervision, and professional development for assigned staff; ensure quality delivery of services to individuals with disabilities; manage programs, staff morale, customer satisfaction, and stakeholder communication; handle confidential information and resolve complex problems.
