Provide oversight and support for shared living arrangements for adults with IDD: conduct bi-monthly home visits, manage and motivate DSPs, develop individualized support plans with families and professionals, advocate and connect to community resources, maintain documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.

Support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in shared living arrangements by conducting regular in-person visits, supervising Direct Support Professionals, developing individualized support plans, advocating for community resources, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining documentation.

As an Employment Specialist, you will help individuals find suitable jobs, develop relationships with local businesses, and provide job coaching.
