Leads acquisition and disposition transaction execution from due diligence through closing and post-close handoff. Oversees complex deal risks, stakeholder coordination, dashboards, diligence sessions, vendor relationships, process improvements, and stabilization readiness. Manages and develops a team of 4–6 transaction professionals while setting operating standards, improving efficiency, and ensuring accurate, timely deliverables across Investments, Legal, Tax, Accounting, Asset Management, and other partners.

Manages daily operations of an apartment community, including staff leadership, leasing performance, resident satisfaction, scheduling, marketing, budgeting, expense approvals, resident communications, and property inspections. Coaches employees, addresses escalated resident concerns, monitors competitive market conditions, and ensures the community meets cleanliness, appearance, and operational standards.

Support litigation team by drafting, preparing, and filing landlord-tenant litigation and pre-litigation documents; maintain electronic and hard-copy case files and court calendar; prepare litigation materials and warrants; coordinate stakeholders and court communications; track and synthesize reports; use Yardi, MRI, Asana, eCourts, and NYSCEF; assist on special projects.

Lead onsite property operations including leasing, staff management, budgeting, resident relations, local marketing, and property appearance. Drive occupancy and resident satisfaction while coaching staff and enforcing standards.
