Lead strategy, structuring, execution, and placement of single-asset and portfolio financings across CMBS, agency, bank, life company, debt fund, mezzanine, bridge, and construction loans. Partner with executive leadership and Blackstone on capital strategy, manage hedging and swap portfolios, build lender relationships, oversee underwriting/diligence/documentation, mentor junior team members, and report on capital structure, maturities, and market conditions to inform decisions.

Manage daily property operations including leading and coaching staff, overseeing leasing and marketing, resolving escalated resident issues, handling staffing and scheduling, controlling budgets and expenses, and maintaining company service and appearance standards.

Lead escalated reputational and public affairs issues across the business, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to assess risk, develop response strategies, and execute communications. Own crisis and high-profile issue management end-to-end, create playbooks and training, advise leadership, and support media, government, and community engagement to protect the companys reputation.
