Provide personalized in-store customer service and bracelet recommendations, support beading appointments and events, process POS transactions, maintain merchandise presentation, tie bracelets, fulfill custom orders, and assist with inventory, visual merchandising, clienteling, and store KPIs.

Engage customers with the brand mission, recommend and personalize bracelet purchases, run POS transactions, assist bead-bar services and events, maintain merchandising and inventory, and support store KPIs while delivering excellent customer service.

Represent the brand in-store by assisting customers, recommending and personalizing jewelry, running POS transactions, supporting the bead bar and custom orders, maintaining merchandising and inventory, and helping with events and appointments to create a welcoming shopping experience.
