Sales Associate responsible for delivering an engaging in-store experience, recommending and personalizing bracelet selections, supporting beading appointments and events, processing POS transactions, tying bracelets, fulfilling custom orders, maintaining inventory and visual merchandising, and meeting store KPIs. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, positivity, weekend and holiday availability, and enthusiasm for the brand’s mission.

Provide personalized in-store customer service and bracelet recommendations, support beading appointments and events, process POS transactions, maintain merchandise presentation, tie bracelets, fulfill custom orders, and assist with inventory, visual merchandising, clienteling, and store KPIs.
