Lead and manage seeding operations and teams across shifts to meet production plans. Oversee seed placement, germination processes, equipment performance, quality/food safety, and process improvements. Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams, train and develop leads/operators, track metrics, and support hands-on operations during peak periods.

Support and run greenhouse R&D trials: design experiments, collect and analyze data, write reports and SOPs, collaborate cross-functionally, and apply CEA literature to optimize processes.

Oversee seeding machine operators and equipment to ensure timely, high-quality seed placement and germination. Maintain cleanliness, monitor seed loss and soil moisture, coordinate plate and grow-line movements, train operators, liaise with maintenance and supervisors, and produce end-of-shift reports.

Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC/HMI/SCADA and related control systems for greenhouse and packhouse operations. Program PLCs, perform root cause analysis, document systems, support upgrades and capital projects, train technicians, participate in on-call rotation, and ensure safety and food quality compliance.

Oversee packaging and labeling operations for leafy greens, manage shifts and schedules, coach and supervise staff, ensure safety, quality, GMP/HACCP compliance, drive production efficiencies, create SOPs, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with other departments to meet budget and production goals.

Lead facility production, safety, quality, and maintenance to optimize crop yields and operational performance. Own budgeting, reporting, process improvement, SOP enforcement, team development, and emergency response while ensuring GMP/HACCP compliance.

Perform hands-on maintenance and cleaning of greenhouse systems and equipment, including pipe painting, mechanical drive inspection, fogging nozzle and light fixture cleaning, gutter and dripper maintenance, window washing, minor gutter repairs, roof chalking, and assisting with insect netting when trained. Work 12-hour night shifts and adapt to changing throughput needs.

Perform routine FSQA checks across production, packaging, and warehousing including HACCP, GMP, label, sanitation, net weight, and package integrity checks; maintain records, assist training, support audits, and report to Compliance Director/FSQA Manager.
