Own and prioritize product backlogs, define user stories and acceptance criteria, elicit and translate requirements, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and collaborate with product, design, development, QA, clients, and stakeholders. Lead enterprise adoption of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform by analyzing business processes, designing AI agents, building ROI-backed automation roadmaps, delivering training and prompt engineering best practices, and measuring utilization and productivity improvements across functions.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and integrations across AWS, Azure, and BigQuery. Normalize, aggregate, and ensure data quality for large web and transactional datasets, leveraging APIs, ETL/orchestration tools, and big-data technologies to support analytics and BI in an e-commerce environment.

Design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled automation using Power Platform and Copilot Studio. Build Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Dataverse solutions, conversational agents, API integrations, and enterprise-grade authentication. Define architecture, governance, ALM, environment standards, and mentor citizen developers while collaborating with stakeholders and supporting operational monitoring.

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts (primarily using Katalon) across unit, functional, integration, performance, and security testing. Build automation frameworks, dashboards, and documentation; perform backend and API testing, SQL validation, defect tracking, and verification across SDLC phases while collaborating with delivery teams and supporting multiple concurrent projects.

Design and implement responsive, user-centered web interfaces. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UIs in Figma/Adobe XD, translate designs into reusable React/Next.js components, integrate REST APIs with Node.js back-ends, ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance, conduct usability testing, and collaborate with distributed product and engineering teams.

Design, build, and scale the Auction.IO marketplace front end using React/Next.js and TypeScript. Collaborate with stakeholders, integrate GraphQL/REST APIs, optimize performance and SEO, ensure accessibility and security, participate in code reviews, production support, incident response, and on-call rotation. Contribute to responsive UIs and maintainable front-end architecture for high-concurrency e-commerce applications.

Manage full client lifecycle for a portfolio of accounts: qualify inbound leads, onboard clients, drive revenue growth, retention, and expansion. Serve as primary client contact, execute strategic account plans, collaborate cross-functionally for pre/post-sales, maintain pipeline and forecasts in CRM, lead client meetings, and provide hands-on operational support.

Design, develop, and execute automated and manual tests for enterprise web applications. Build and maintain automation scripts, dashboards, and test cases; perform backend/database validation, API testing, defect tracking, and release verification across multiple projects.
